Try to arrive a few minutes early without being rushed, about 15-30 minutes. This is your time to take care of and treat yourself. Your intestines work best when they are relaxed.
When you arrive at Internal Fitness, you will be cheerfully greeted and asked to complete our short health history questionnaire as well as a treatment release form. At this time we will also discuss what you, the client, hope to accomplish through colon cleanse.
You will then be shown the treatment area and we will answer any questions that you might have. To insure your safety…..all our supplies are disposable. Our device is cleaned and sanitized between each and every client, so that every time you enter the room, it is like brand new. You will have clean, fresh linens, and a brand new disposable nozzle at every session.
You will be instructed on how to self-insert the pencil thin disposable nozzle through which warm, filtered water passes into the colon. In private, you undress from the waist down and position yourself comfortably on the "Colenz Ultimate Concept" base and insert a lubricated Individually Packaged Sterile Disposable "Colenz" Rectal Tube into your rectum. Because this system is an "open system", only a small tube goes in your body! Your privacy is assured and you are completely covered at all times. After you are positioned and covered, you will call for the technician to enter the room and further instruct you on the use of the device.
You are in complete control during the entire process!
Your I-ACT certified Hygienist will be available to assist you as needed during the session. The flow of water from the gravity-fed tube is controlled by the Flow Control Knob. The temperature controlled water is purified by an Ultra Violet-Ozone Water Purification and Filtration Unit before it passes through the "Colenz" rectal tube, and gently into the rectum.
The warm water enters the colon to soften and loosen the waste, mucus and toxins on the colon wall and you feel the urge to eliminate. The body does it naturally by pushing the fecal matter past the nozzle and into the bowl. The fecal matter remains in the bowl until completion of the colenz and can be inspected if desired.
Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes.
